Pharmacy directory — contact info, prices, how to get a quote.
I called eight specialty pharmacies before ordering. Here's the contact information, how each quote process works, and what I was actually quoted in June 2026 — so you don't have to start from scratch.
How to use this page: Call at least three pharmacies before ordering anything. Prices vary by more than $1,000 for identical medications. The pharmacies I actually used are marked — but call and compare yourself, since prices change and your protocol may differ from mine.
All prices below are from quotes I received in June 2026 for a specific NYU Langone protocol. They are starting points, not current prices. Always call for a current quote with your exact medication list.

Discount programs
HEART Tomorrow (Menopur) — applied through pharmacy. Fertility Instant Savings (FIS) eligible.
My June 2026 quote — full protocol
Menopur 75IU (11 vials) + Ganirelix 250mcg (5) + Ovidrel + Lupron kit: $3,680.69 total with HEART Tomorrow discount applied to Menopur. This was the lowest full-protocol quote I received.
I ordered Menopur, Ganirelix, and Ovidrel here. The HEART Tomorrow program made Menopur significantly cheaper than anywhere else. Pick up only half the order first — you may not need all of it.

How to get a quote
Call your nearest Costco pharmacy directly. Not all locations stock fertility medications — confirm availability when you call.
Membership required?
No membership required to use the pharmacy in most states.
Most people don't think to call Costco. Their Follistim pricing was lower than any specialty fertility pharmacy I quoted. Worth a call specifically for FSH medications (Follistim or Gonal-F) and Lupron. Pricing varies by location.

Discount programs
FIS (Gonal-F, Cetrotide, Ovidrel) — automatically included in quote. Ferring discount (Menopur) — included if eligible. Price match: email care@alto.com with a competing quote.
My June 2026 quote
Menopur (24 vials) + Gonal-F 900IU (4 pens) + Lupron kit + Ovidrel + Ganirelix (7): $5,134.26 total. Highest quote I received for comparable protocol. Convenient app and delivery experience — price was the issue.
Alto dispenses only 6–7 days of medication at a time and requires you to call for refills. Good if you want home delivery and app-based management. The price was significantly higher than Prima for my specific protocol — send them a competing quote and ask for a match.

How to get a quote — what to have ready
Call
Works for most pharmacies. Have your full medication list (drug names, doses, quantities), your clinic name, and your date of birth. Ask specifically: "What is the self-pay price for this protocol?" and "Do you participate in HEART Tomorrow, ReUnite Rx, or Fertility Instant Savings?"
Online form
Alto Pharmacy uses an online quote form at alto.com/fertility. Requires your email and medication list. Quote arrives by email within 24 hours. Easier than calling but slower.
Via your clinic
NYU Langone submits prescriptions on your behalf — your nurse sends to whichever pharmacy you designate. You still do the price comparison yourself before telling the nurse where to send it.
Price match
Alto will match competitor prices — email care@alto.com with the competing quote. MDR (WIN Premiere) advertises a best price guarantee. Worth trying if you have a low quote and prefer a pharmacy's convenience.
